Extension Services


The goal of the extension department is to provide quality service to the shut-ins, rest homes, family care homes, children and parents in special programs, and day care facilities of Randolph County.  The extension department staff provides programming and materials monthly for these patrons.

During the summer months, the Summer Reading Program is taken to children who cannot come to the libraries for special programs.  This provides the incentive as well as the means for summer reading to continue for these children.
